Delete your account

Delete your ZahyFit account

A ZahyFit account is optional and is used to sync your data between your devices. Deleting it permanently removes the sign-in account, all data stored in it (logs, weight, measurements, workouts, goals, settings) and the notification token.

Option 1: in the app (immediate)

1. Open ZahyFit.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap “Delete account and all data”, then “Delete”.

The copy of your data on your phone stays there. To remove it too, clear the app's data in phone settings or uninstall the app.

Option 2: by email (without the app)

Email support.zahyfit@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is not deleted

Purchase records are kept by Google Play under its policies. To cancel a subscription use Google Play subscriptions; deleting the account does not cancel it. Anonymous analytics and advertising data are kept by Google under its policies.
